The end of a 2 day race - and I am clearly exhausted at this point. We only lost by 15 seconds though! We had a healthy (ish) lead coming in to the end, but a run-in with a cone that another competitor inadvertently left on a stage led to us having a brief encounter with a snowbank. Such is rally, I guess. I don't want that to take away from the results though: Santiago Iglesias and Robert Kassel ran one hell of a race and it was a crazy fun weekend battling it out with them. Here's to hoping we can give them another run at Hundred Acre Wood in a few weeks! (Also: never let yourself get sprayed with champagne in sub zero temps, because holy hell do the hands hurt when they freeze afterwards). Sno*Drift Rally is definitely a tricky one: no studded tires allowed, icy and snowy roads that are ready to throw you off at a moment's notice... and some of the wildest fans I've seen at ARA events.
