Night Ice Racing

All this photo does is make me want studded tires.

Damn Radiator

This photo would be one of my favorites, if we hadn't opted to block the radiator with cardboard. Still a great shot though - thanks to MeLe Media!

2nd Place: Sno*Drift 2026 L2WD National Podium

The end of a 2 day race - and I am clearly exhausted at this point. We only lost by 15 seconds though! We had a healthy (ish) lead coming in to the end, but a run-in with a cone that another competitor inadvertently left on a stage led to us having a brief encounter with a snowbank. Such is rally, I guess. I don't want that to take away from the results though: Santiago Iglesias and Robert Kassel ran one hell of a race and it was a crazy fun weekend battling it out with them. Here's to hoping we can give them another run at Hundred Acre Wood in a few weeks! (Also: never let yourself get sprayed with champagne in sub zero temps, because holy hell do the hands hurt when they freeze afterwards). Thanks to Crystina Coats for co-driving all weekend - and thanks to Mele Media for the shot!

Sliding on Ice

Ice racing seems to be a totally different beast. I would like to think we had a good showing overall, but this photo is evidence that you're just spending the entire stage searching for any grip you can get. Thanks to Mele Media for the photo!

Not-Bonfire-Alley

Sno*Drift Rally is definitely a tricky one: no studded tires allowed, icy and snowy roads that are ready to throw you off at a moment's notice... and some of the wildest fans I've seen at ARA events. Even though there was no Bonfire Alley this year, the remaining hotspots of fans were still super cool to get to drive through. Photo courtesy of Mele Media!

Sno*Drift 2026

Keeping momentum on uphill portions of stages, in RWD, without studded tires... can be frustrating, haha. Great shot though (photographer: [Titanium Media](https://www.instagram.com/titanium.media)).

Windy LSPR roads

Big thanks to MeLe Media for the photo! Pretty sure this was on day 2 where we started remembering how to go fast. Just gotta dial it in for 2026...

Get on the line you idiot

True pain is looking at this photo and knowing you could've had a better line. Thanks to MeLe Media for the photo!

Day 2 of Lake Superior Performance Rally 2025. Day 1... wasn't so great, but we had identified a few spots where there was low hanging fruit to clean up. By now we were at least starting to move clean again!

2nd in L2WD at Lake Superior Performance Rally 2025!

First podium in ARA Nationals! It's been a year of ups and downs for sure, but finishing it out with this feels great. Lot of things had to go right for this to happen, but here's hoping to even better performances in 2026. Massive thanks to my co-driver for this event, Michael Hordijk - helped me get through some important issues after the crash at Southern Ohio earlier this year. The team at River City Rally also builds an amazing car! Big congrats to Henry Tabor and Dylan Hooker on 1st place, and to Nick and David Tippman on 3rd! Fantastic competitors who were a blast to race against. Finally, thanks to MeLe Media for the photo - they seem to know how to be in the right place at the right time.

The Most Beautiful Rally

Jaw dropping fall foliage. Getting the chance to drive these roads was something else! Several points throughout the rally I found myself having to remind myself to focus because it was legitimately distracting. Big thanks to Mele Media for the photo!

Exhausted, but: mission accomplished

Been chasing the National podium for a year now. Started off just missing it, then rolled a car off a cliff, then an engine failure leading to a DNF. Was starting to think it couldn’t happen this year. LSPR wound up going in my favor though! We managed to put in a reliable drive through tricky conditions, and the team (mechanic pictured with me here) built a hell of a car. Tanked more than I thought possible. Here’s to next year!
