Overmountain Rally 2026

Redemption run after engine failure here in 2025. Came in to it with a slim championship hope - would need a litany of things to go my way - but Henry Tabor and Dylan Hooker ran a smart race and locked up 1st place in National L2WD for the year. Massive congrats to them! We managed to take the power stage for our class, and with that I was able to lock down 2nd. Too many other cool things about this event to list; Ott Tänak coming to race in America, Ryan Tuerck racing in our class (and putting on a clinic, no less), and more I can't fill this space with. On to LSPR!

One very cool part of this particular race was having Ryan Tuerck - of Formula Drift fame - racing in the same class and car type as me. Needless to say he put down incredible times; it was super beneficial though as he was more than happy to share tips and pointers on how to move these cars around turns. Fairly certain my driving improved as a result.
