Perusing the conbini before a night out
If only other countries had convenience stores that offered food and drinks on the level of what you find in Japan.

Rainy day in Narita
I forget why we stayed here or why we were here. Go figure.

A Halloween pop
Nothing special, I just love the design.

Shinkansen arriving... or departing?
I'm a sucker for views with trains flying through.

Back alley cut-thru
Beautiful, even though people often ignored that speed limit sign.

Snow-lined streets
The aftermath of a storm.

Old stomping grounds
I've crossed this circle more times than I can possibly count. Now it's just nostalgic to see.

Pumpkin Bert
No explanation necessary.

First matches with a good friend
Walked into a random bar one night only to discover it was videogame-themed. The bartender was playing Street Fighter 2 with some of the customers and looked like he was good. I grabbed a game with him after he was done, and it turned into a full night of us going back and forth on wins. I'd play the guy for the next ~7 years of my life. We never really spoke in depth due to language barriers, but I'd credit him with showing me that fighting games can be their own language.

Trick art museum
A weirdly fun exhibit from Odaiba back in the day: artwork that plays with perception and depth. Makes for great photos!

Another rainy day in Tokyo
A small slice of life picture.

Hipster Ryan
A rare photo of myself with glasses, originally done to mess with my little sister. Now it's less rare, I guess.
